Tickets will be required for all guests to gain entry to the celebration. 

The CCE celebration is a fun event that honors the CCE graduating classes in a small, personal setting. Graduates will not receive their diplomas and the event is not intended to replace the Oregon State University Commencement on Saturday, June 15. 

  • Time: Graduate line-up, 6 p.m. Doors open, 6:30 p.m. Celebration begins, 7 p.m. Dessert reception to follow. 
  • Students will receive four tickets for each of their guests after completing the CCE placement survey, which is administered after week eight. Seating is on a first-come, first-choice basis, however, accessibility requests can be made in advance.
  • The event is open to undergraduate and graduate students. 
  • Students must attend in a black gown and cap (or hard hat for CEM students, which will be earned after completing the CCE placement survey).

Graduate registration deadline: Monday, June 3.  

Provide the pronunciation of your first and last names (as they sound, not as they are written). For example, the phonetic spelling of Michelle is "Mih-shell."
Provide the approximate number of guests (up to four) in your party who will attend the event. Tickets are required for guests to enter the event.
The title will be printed in the Graduation Celebration program.
