Arijit Sinha, Assistant Professor, WSE

Areas of Interest

Green building materials; Sustainable built environment; Product development for efficient use of renewable materials; Life cycle analysis.

Andre Barbosa, Assistant Professor, CCE

Research Interests:

Performance-based earthquake engineering, nonlinear structural analysis, structural reliability and risk analysis, structural dynamics, multi-hazard loss estimation, assessment of robustness and resilient design of building and bridge structures (reinforced concrete, steel, and timber), high-throughput computing, virtual reality modeling of engineering structures.

Tom Miller, Associate Professor, CCE

Research Interests:

Professor Miller's structural engineering and structural mechanics research interests include earthquake engineering, timber structures and cold-formed steel structures. Current research projects involve seismic hazard assessments, modeling and behavior of residential timber structures, and applications of renewable materials in construction.
