| Interests and Research: |
| Mr. Fradella worked as a construction project manager in Israel for three years prior to arriving at Oregon State. His projects included historic building restoration and conservation, retaining walls and other hardscape work, and various building renovation and maintenance projects. Mr. Fradella’s research interests include energy efficiency and design of healthy buildings. |

| Mr. Fradella is teaching courses on mechanical and electrical systems in buildings, construction scheduling, and construction management. |
