Health coaching is a free program for students. In the one-on-one meetings students can discuss any general aspect of health from stress to sexual health to healthy eating. The health coaches help them to assess their health, set goals and develop an individualized health improvement plan to help them achieve their goals. This is a great informal program that offers students a little guidance, encouragement, and some great resources.
