SEPTEMBER 11 – Dr. Hermann Fritz will be featured on the History Channel. His work at the NEES Tsunami Wave Research using his novel landslide generator will be shown as part of the mega-disaster series on Krakatoa, 10:00 pm EST.
Brenda Shonkwiler (BSCE & Honors BS in 2001, summa cum laude) was named '2007 Young Structural Engineer of the Year' by the Institution of Structural Engineers, recognizing young structural engineers who have demonstrated outstanding performance and who show exceptional promise for the future. Richard "Rich" Wankmuller (MSCE 1982) – was recently announced President of Parsons Water & Infrastructure Inc., and will be responsible for the business unit's worldwide operations. More. . .
