APPERSON HALL PROJECT COSTS INCREASE (Corvallis Gazette-Times)
The estimated price tag of renovating Apperson Hall and transforming it into the modern Kearney Hall has jumped $2 million to $12 million. The increase is due to an escalation in construction costs, most notably in steel. Related story…
