CEM STUDENTS Sam Curtiss, Tom Dalke, Ryan Kessler, Robert Laufer and Kevin Stuckart really got into the volunteer aspect of their assignment. As part of business management instructor Sandy Neubaum’s organizational behavior class, students experienced planning an event for the Old Mill Center, putting textbook theories on everything from teamwork to goal-setting to leadership into practice. Our students made a well yard ornament, solicited a donation of a hanging plant to go with it, added some food gift certificates, and OSU Engineering basket of goodies, all to be auctioned for the Old Mill Center annual fundraiser auction. With the able help of Jan Strombeck, the basket included all kinds of promo items donated from the College, Department and Foundation, with a total value over $350.00!
